The Bangalore Developmental Biology Club’s inaugural lecture in a new seminar series on July 9th, 2021. In conversation with Scott Gilbert on “Holobiont Evo-Devo: How Developmental Symbionts May Initiate New Trajectories in Evolution”. Many students know Prof. Gilbert from his textbook on Developmental Biology called “Developmental Biology”. He has also done some amazing work (re-)articulating the role development plays in evolution.
