Princess Anne has reportedly had an obsession with lighthouses since the age of five. The Princess Royal, who is the patron of the Northern Lighthouse Board, has been said to be “very passionate“ about lighthouses. Her role as patron has allowed her to visit many lighthouses around Scotland and the Isle of Man.
