nanobots in vaccines

If the vaccine contains nanobots (and that covid vaccines will have it probably) they can takeover us internally. Medical nanobots injected into our bloodstream might be able to locate our brain cells, replace them one by one, and then coy their functioning. Anything, everything can be re programmed!
