1) When lying on your back touch your elbow to your opposite knee. Exhale as you bring your elbow to your knee
2) Without losing contact of your elbow and knee, press your heel into the ground to lift your body off the ground. Don’t be surprised when you cannot go as high here!
3) Repeat
