SynthSaga Scifi: 1940’s Cruiser Stopover in South Asia: Japanese Repairman

Technician Nakamura has been working at Ziang Ziong Airport (South Asia) for many years as external specialist. Very Skilled people like him are in short supply throughout the world which is one reason why hybrid propulsion cruisers are becoming less common and are also being replaced by sonic tube exchangers. With so much industry in Japan, many of his technicians had to perform, like him, maintenance work in remote regions outside their country. The adventurous spirit of some of them led them to settle in exotic places, where they lead a quiet and dedicated life. Still, he recalls times immemorial when there were specialists and craftsmen in port who proceeded to repair the small and large problems these aircraft faced. In the end, a simple life in the mountains... of a lost time...
