● Nine9 NC Helix Drill cuts material by helical interpolation;
One tool performs multiple functions. the serrated cutting edge makes cutting chip short and easily to be removed.
● Lower Spindle Power Consumption. Thanks to the small cutting load of the serrated cutting edge and helical interpolation, low power consumption of the spindle is required. Circular ramping milling, maximum ramping angle is 20°.
● Special geometry insert to cut dierent materials. For almost all kind of materials, excellant for soft and long cutting chip materials!, such as low carbon steel, stainless steel, Titanium.
● Job has various hole diameters & Step Holes. Only six tools for drilling Ø13~Ø65 mm. The hole is cut by helical interpolation. Just one tool can machine dierent diameters and depth of holes.
