Chelsea, Greater London. L/S as Lord Methuen and other officers walk across the parade ground in front of Guards, he inspects them. M/S as one approaches and salutes, Lord Methuen pins a medal on him and he marches off again. Various shots as the Scots Guards march past in rows while he salutes.
