40 Min FULL BODY RESISTANCE BAND + DUMBBELL Workout (Strength + Combo Routine)

In this 40 Min FULL BODY RESISTANCE BAND DUMBBELL Workout, we will have 2 blocks, each containing 4 bundles: Bundle 1: Lowerbody Bindle 2: Upper body push Bundle 3: Upper body Pull Bundle 4: Combination exercises with dumbbells only We will perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between the exercises and 30 seconds of rest between each bundle. For the combo bundle, we will perform each exercise for 40 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between.
