Kiev isnt going to be offered anything better than latest Putins peace plan UN envoy

The United Nations Security Council convened under Russia’s presidency, to discuss threats to international security. Moscow’s ambassador to the UN spoke about the ’senselessness’ of Ukraine’s current formula for ending the conflict. Vassily Nebenzia said Kiev must seriously consider the Russian president’s proposal to bring about peace, as it will ’not be offered anything better.’
