Palästinalied (unique English version)

The Palästinalied (“Palestine Song“, also known as Kreuzlied “Song of the Cross“) is a song written by Walther von der Vogelweide at the time of the Fifth Crusade (1217-1221). It is one of the few songs by Walther for which a melody has survived. This is unique English version of the song, which is usually sung in German.
