Simple brew profile for hario v60 preheat and moisten all stuff use 16,5gr fresh roasted coffee grind on baratza 15/40 (medium) level off coffee surface with shaking few times start pour gently, slowly from center to the edge and back by spiral do not pour strait to the edge of coffee surface pour 240ml of water for 40 sec use 93C water, try to find water with structure like SCAE recommend ( )
