Funny welsh man

I was proper stressed out one day as i was supposed to be working but was right in the middle of a family crisis. My stupid women of a wife had ran over my dogs paw and having recently moved to the valley (for work reasons) i had no choice but to pull over and ask a friendly local for directions to the nearest vetinary service. The results had hilarious consequences.
