Seattle Hit-And-Run Drivers Caught Laughing As They Mow Down Pedestrians The Seattle Police Department has released footage reportedly taken inside a car that twice drove into crowds of pedestrians with the occupants appearing to laugh. One passenger can be heard saying, “Hit this b*tch, hit this b*tch!” as the car is driven straight at a woman crossing the road before the vehicle slams directly into another from behind later on, sending the victim flying over the vehicle. Officers have said it is likely the victims have suffered severe injuries given the speed at which the car was traveling, but they don’t know details of their status and haven’t found the vehicle or driver responsible yet.
