180ft spire collapses as blaze engulfs Copenhagen’s 17th-century stock exchange

A fire broke out at Copenhagen’s 400-year-old stock exchange building on Tuesday 16 April. The flames engulfed the building which now houses the Danish chamber of commerce and its iconic 180-ft tall spire collapsed in the blaze. There have been no reports of injuries.
