홀새김 석 단 - 택견 표준수련체계(3D 택견)

홀새김 홀새김은 혼자 반복 연습한다는 뜻입니다. 홀은 짝이 없이 하나만이라는 뜻이고, 새김은 초식동물의 되새김질을 말합니다. 택견은 상대가 있어야 연습이 가능하지만, 혼자 가상적 상대를 상정하여 보다 정확한 기술을 연습할 수 있습니다. 연결동작에 멋을 가미하여 심미적 효과를 냄으로서 자기성취감을 가질 수 있으며, 시범에 효과가 있습니다. 홀새김은 맞대거리 순서에 따라 첫 단부터 일곱 단까지 있습니다. Hol-saegim Hol-saegim means repeated self practice. Hol means one without pair, or the ruminate of herbivore animals. Taekkyon needs to have the opponent for practicing, but the sole practice can be practiced of more accurate skill considering the virtual opponent.
