PUSO NG SARDINES 1 large banana heart, chopped, sap-squeezed, cooked 1-2 C roasted, peeled and chopped tomatoes OR half cup tomato paste watered down with broth OR a combination of both, depending on the consistency you like A quarter to a half-cup chopped onions 2 Tbsp minced garlic 2- 4 Tbsp coconut liquid aminos Quarter cup soy sauce sesame oil for sautéing 3-4 sheets nori seaweeds, flame-roasted and crushed 3-4 Tbsp coconut sugar (or to taste) Juice of 3-5 calamansi or half a big lemon or apple cider vinegar 3-6 Tbsp nutritional yeast salt to taste.
