This Week: Black Olives Tapenade
Tapenade is a classic of Provence cuisine. It is particularly popular in Nice. This is a great appetizer, served with toasts, as an aperitif or dressinng to fresh vegetables. Tapenade is also used as a stuffing for poultry and fish.
Ingredients:
1 jar of pitted black olives
50 g. celery
3 garlic cloves
1\2 medium bunch of parsley
1,5 tablespoon of black balsamic vinega
