Raspberry Panna Cotta

Panna cotta recipe with raspberry mousse and without the gelatin. This recipe is very easy to prepare. FILLING: • Sugar 40 g / 2½ tbsp • Starch 30 g / 2 tbsp • Milk 250 ml / 1 cup • Vanilla extract ½ tsp MOUSSE: • Raspberries 150 g / ½ cup • Sugar 30 g / 2 tbsp • Starch 10 g / 2 tsp • Water 50 ml / 3½ tbsp • Favorite fruits Panna cotta is ready.
