BMPCC Original + Zhiyun Weebill S + CinePrint16 | Cinematic Test

Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel! In today’s video, I decided to test out my BMPCC Original with the Zhiyun Weebill S gimbal for some dynamic shots. I haven’t really delved into the world of gimbals before, so this was a new experience for me. Please bear with me if the shots seem a bit amateurish; I’m still getting the hang of it! During the shoot, I tried to focus on capturing some cinematic movements and assessing whether the gimbal adds value to my filmmaking process. I must say, I enjoyed the process, even though the external battery made the gimbal calibration a bit tricky. This setup could be a viable and budget-friendly option for independent filmmakers. For color grading, I used CinePrint16 to achieve that nostalgic film look that I just can’t seem to let go of. The lens I used for this shoot was the Tokina 11-16mm f2.8, providing me with the flexibility to capture a variety of scenes. I hope you enjoy the footage! Feel free to leave your feedback and suggestions in the comments below. If you’re into independent filmmaking on a budget, this might be the setup for you.
