There are 12 supersets that make up this 40 minute fat burning workout. Complete each superset 2 x through. Have 1 minute rest between circuits. Exercise 1: 45/15 Exercise 2 20/10 You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this intense fat burning hiit workout. I used 1 set of 5kg 7kg 10kg but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
