Panko seasoning: 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp turmeric Salt & pepper to taste 1-2 tbsp avocado (or any high-heat oil) . . Directions: Season your chicken tenders (I use breast pounded flat then sliced thin) Dip your seasoned chicken into starch/flour, then into eggs (3 eggs whisked), and then into the panko mixture. Press the coating on firmly and place the tenders on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees c for 18-20 mins flipping halfway through
