Homemade Ramen and Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe

Nagluto ako ng dalawang dishes gamit ang kimchi. Pareho silang masarap! Una kong niluto ang super yummy na kimchi ramen at gumamit ako ng Good Life Egg Noodles. Panalo sa linamnam at egg-stra sustansya! Pagdating naman sa kimchi fried rice, nilagyan ko ito ng bacon at Good Life Sesame Oil para panalo ang aroma at flavor! Parehong madaling gawin pero pang restaurant ang quality. Thanks to Good Life products! ============== Kimchi Ramen Recipe ============== Ingredients: 250 grams Good Life Egg Noodles 4 ounces kimchi 4 ounces shiitake mushroom 6 cups chicken broth 2 teaspoons Good Life Sesame Oil 2 boiled eggs 3 tablespoons green onion, chopped Tare (Ramen Soup Base) ingredients: 2 tablespoons miso paste 2 teaspoons Good Life Sesame Oil 3 tablespoons kimchi juice ½ teaspoon salt Directions: 1. Make the tare by combining all tare ingredients. Mix well and set aside. 2. Boil the chicken broth and add Good Life Egg Noodles. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove noodles from the pot and set aside. 3. Heat 2 teaspoons of Good Life Sesame Oil in a pan. Sauté mushrooms and kimchi for 2 minutes. Set aside. 4. Divide the tare in each bowl and add ¼ cup of chicken broth to dilute it. Add the egg noodles and then pour the hot broth. Top the ramen with sauteed mushroom, kimchi, and boiled egg. Garnish with chopped green onion. 5. Serve hot. Share and enjoy! ================= Easy Kimchi Fried Rice with Bacon ================= Ingredients: 1 cup kimchi, chopped 3 tablespoons kimchi juice 3 strips bacon, chopped 3 cups cooked rice 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 2 teaspoons Good Life Sesame Oil 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds 3 tablespoons green onion, chopped 2 eggs, fried 2 tablespoons shredded nori ½ teaspoon salt Directions: 1. Heat bacon in a pan. Continue cooking until bacon fat is extracted and bacon becomes crispy. Remove the crispy bacon from the pan leaving the bacon fat. 2. Sauté the garlic in bacon fat until it starts to brown. Add chopped kimchi. Cook for 30 seconds. 3. Add rice. Toss and then add the kimchi juice, salt, Good Life Sesame Oil, and half of the bacon. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. 4. Arrange the kimchi fried rice on a plate and then top with sesame seeds, shredded nori, green onion, remaining bacon, and fried egg. 5. Serve.
