Reksio the Dog - Reksio the Sailor (1974)

Reksio and His boy owner have taken a trip to an island, after travelling to it by sea on their sailing boat. And whilst on the island, Reksio meets a mother hen and Her chicks, along with a duckling who wants to go swimming in the water nearby.
