BUT you might not know how to set them up for the first time and so here’s my suggestion with a little help from a real expert called Graham Foot from and The set up for forks is an incredibly individual thing but i give you what i think is a really good starting point. One of the terrific things about this FAT BIKE fork is that you can make adjustments with just a shock pump rather than having to put in or take out ’tokens’ from the fork.
