“PAVESINI“ Italian Cookies| The12Italy
Pavesini are traditional Italian Biscotti. The recipe of these cookies is very simple.
These are the few ingredients for making the light, tasty and nutritious Pavesini.
2 eggs
70 g / 2,47 oz regular flour
60 g / 2,11 oz sugar
half a lemon zest
1 Tsp vanilla extract
Pavesini length 8 cm / 3 inches
The recipe, adjusted to my taste, does not include baking powder for a better digestibility.
Let them cool down completely before eating or usingfor other recipes. The day after will be crunchy
