Cycling around Mt. Fuji

It’s golden week in Japan. Anything goes. (Well, not really) It’s a week long national holiday… mainly for salarymen, but I celebrate it anyways because I’ll take any excuse to travel. Is it worth sitting in as human baggage on an overcrowded train? Probably not. Is it worth enduring a 5 hour bus back to Tokyo when we could have taken the Shinkansen to Osaka and back within that span of time?
