Andrey Moraru - "Black Feather" / Hand Balance Act

This act is a result of collaboration between Aloysia Gavre and me in the late 2015. Aloysia originally conceived the idea for the act character and movement style for me based on the atmosphere of the music itself, and the movie “Nightmare Before Christmas“. I choreographed based on those ideas and we collaborated further on specific moments and the overall intent of this piece. It is by far one of the most fun and expressive acts I was privileged to work on to date.
