The second album of this solo act. It brings a rather chaotic mix of depressive and post black metal with also a good amount of synth usage, not only enveloping the melody in ambient textures but also letting that same melody flow into stripped down ambient passages. While it carves a similar path as seen on the debut, it shows a better work in the songwriting department, with great harmonious ornaments and clever transitions. However, the beauty resides in the confluence of the depressive, ambient and sometimes atmospheric in differing amounts with the post metal shifts, changing the mood and the weight of the melody. Somehow those parts might be reminiscent of Trhä songwriting effulgence. A magnificent record that shows a great elevation from the previous work.
