Follow the exercise chart below in straight set format, completing all reps of one exercise before moving to the next. Exercise/Reps Dumbbell Step-Up/20 (each leg) Box Jump/20 Single-Leg Dumbbell Deadlift/20 (each leg) Single-Leg Machine Press/20 (each leg) Romanian Deadlift/20 If you don’t have access to a gym, substitute the single-leg machine press for single-leg wall squats (20 seconds per leg).
