Playful Lion cubs greet Mom & Dad - Kruger National Park

Lion cubs from the Sweni pride were excited to greet mom and dad in the Sweni river -Kruger national Park South Africa. The youngest members of the Sweni pride were having a ball playing in the Sweni river. With a few of the lionesses joining them in the riverbed they were also joined by 2 of the 3 pride males. As each of the adults lions would arrive the playful cubs would greet them with excitement pouncing on them as they arrived in the river bed. This mega pride is thriving under the protection of the 3 pride males and guidance of the 5 adult lionesses. the young males, one of the pride males and young lionesses were not at this sighting but are also doing well.
