On the same night Anuar sees Nala leave the Pride Lands. Anuar is already an adolescent lion. One night he sees Scar and Sarabi talk about Mufasa’s death. Scar tells Sarabi that he was the one who killed Mufasa. Anuar hears everything. Although he is not the only one who hears it, Simba suddenly lunges at Scar. Sarabi tries to stop him but Simba ignores him, until Anuar defends his parents. At that very moment they find out that they are stepbrothers. In a moment of weakness, the hyenas attack Simba and Nala and the lionesses defend him. Scar manages to escape and flees but Simba chases him. The hyenas go after him but Anuar kicks them out of the Pride Lands. Simba finds Scar and is about to attack again but Sarabi appears standing between the two. She tells him to come to the cave she has to teach him something. In the cave Sarabi and Anuar teach Simba Scar’s repentance. In the end he decides to forgive him. Simba and Anuar roar at the same time, they will be the 2 kings, but the one who will stay in Pride Lands is Anuar, Simba and Nala will return with Timon and Pumba. Anuar juega con su hermanastro Nuka, pero una furiosa Zira se lleva a Nuka de las Tierras del Reino para no volver jamás. Las hienas lo ven y van a contárselo a Scar. La misma noche, Anuar ve a Nala abandonar las Tierras del Reino. Anuar ya es un león adolescente. Una noche ve a Scar y Sarabi hablar sobre la muerte de Mufasa. Scar le dice a Sarabi que fue él quien mató a Mufasa. Anuar escucha todo. Aunque no es el único que lo escucha, Simba de repente se lanza sobre Scar. Sarabi intenta detenerlo pero Simba lo ignora, hasta que Anuar defiende a sus padres. En ese mismo momento descubren que son hermanastros. En un momento de debilidad, las hienas atacan a Simba y Nala y las leonas lo defienden. Scar logra escapar y huye, pero Simba lo persigue. Las hienas van tras él, pero Anuar las echa de las Tierras del Reino. Simba encuentra a Scar y está a punto de atacar de nuevo, pero Sarabi aparece de pie entre los dos. Ella le dice que venga a la cueva que tiene que enseñarle algo. En la cueva, Sarabi y Anuar enseñan el arrepentimiento de Scar. Al final decide perdonarlo. Simba y Anuar rugen al mismo tiempo, serán los 2 reyes, pero el que se quedará en Pride Lands es Anuar, Simba y Nala volverán con Timon y Pumba.
