Nunchucks Lesson 3 - Training the Return

In this video we will revisit our starting position, and more importantly returning to it from multiple angles. This becomes very important when completing a technique or just in effort to regain control of the weapon, returning the weapon to under the armpit must be second nature. Therefore practice starting with the loose end at different angles and locations and return them back to the starting position. ***It is important to practice safely while learning new techniques with flexible weapons like nunchucks.
