Guy Touvron, ’Flamed Montalbanese’ (Gus Viseur)

Guy Touvron (1950) is a French classical trumpet player and music teacher. Having studied with master Maurice André (1933-2012), Touvron became a virtuoso soloist and regularly conducts master classes around the world. Accompanied by the French accordionist Daniel Colin, he plays ’Flamed Montalbanese’, by the Belgian/French button accordionist and composer Gus Viseur (1915-1974). Recorded in the album ’Trompette au Bal Musette’ (Trumpet at the Musette Ball - 2006).
