Blinken arrives in Ukraine as Russia mounts new offensive

Secretary of State Antony Blinken made an unannounced visit to Ukraine as Russia carries out a strong new offensive. Blinken said new American military aid is on the way, but Ukraine’s president said his country still needs Patriot missile batteries to defend itself against the Russian barrage.
