Conscious Healing Mothers Understand the Power of Holding Space for the Children They Wounded

#mothersday #motherwounds #healingjourney This video is for wounded adult children who have experienced mother wounds, abandonment wounds, and who may have an insecure attachment style that manifests as codependency, and you are struggling today because it is Mother’s Day. Dear One, Mother’s Day can be a difficult time of the year for those of us who were born to narcissistic mothers, or to mothers who struggled with alcoholism, or addiction, or who were emotionally unprepared for the innumerable responsibilities of motherhood. Conscious healing mothers, understand the power of offering their children the space to feel whatever they feel, while wounded unaware mothers resist, protest and justify the reasons for how and why they hurt their children. Conscious healing happens as one learns to sit and embrace the wounds of the past without resistance. As we heal, we traverse various levels of consciousness until we reach a space of acceptance, surrender, and grace. Getting to this place of consciousness is easier for some than others. This is not the result of a deficit. It is the result of default settings of the brain, and an ego perhaps, that has yet to trust that it is possible to love unconditionally. As a wounded adult child myself, I am forever a student of the universal laws that govern time and space, abundance, healing, and consciousness. I believe the human mind holds the secrets to living through the divinity of spirit, and that learning to quiet mental chatter is part of the healing journey. It is my hope that today as well as all days, you learn to believe that you are enough, despite any faulty childhood negative subconscious programming. All my love, Lisa A. Romano My mission is to help you awaken to the power of an aligned mind, despite painful past experiences so that you can transform your life in ways that make your spirit sour! #consciousness #consciousparenting #consciousliving #transformationvideo #healingmotivation #inspirationalstory #inspiration #selfhelp #selflove #selfawareness #selfcare #healingcodependency
