sculptwithsyd BARRE3 CLASS (Sydney Cowie - igtv class every monday ) I was so energetic after teaching a livestream barre3 class last week that I decided to film a really quick version of the barre3 class for you to enjoy fo freee on IGTV. Mixing in something new to your workout routine can work wonders on your progress - it keeps you present by introducing you to new ways to activate and work your muscles, variations of exercises you might not normally do, and who knows, maybe you’ll fall in love with a new type of workout that you didn’t think was for you! barre3 is a music-driven, low-impact, full-body workout. It’s not as ballet based as many other barre styles, which I know is a common barrier to trying this kind of class. No dance experience required!
