Длиннохвостый ястреб/Long-tailed Hawk, Urotriorchis macrourus, Krabo, Ghana, 22 Jan 2019

Together with the Nkulengu Rail (Himantornis haematopus, see separate video) this Long-tailed Hawk was THE reason to return to Ghana and both did not disappoint. Also, spending another evening with one of the best birds in the world, White-necked Rockfowl (Picathartes gymnocephalus, see separate video), was by no means too much trouble. (Even though the footage I obtained of White-necked Rockfowl this time was far from BBC-quality, as I had hoped ...)
