POV- Barista works at a cafe full of clowns 🤡

Working at Sour Leaf Cafe today just off Walworth road. Really fun shift- got to run a trail shift for a new full time barista, met a fan of the channel and squeezed a fresh orange juice! I’m definitely warming up to all the clowns as well! Do you like clowns? Recipe for this cafe was: 18g in 28-30 seconds with 74ml of water. The SANREMO machine measures ml of water total so its 74ml of water going through the portafilter not total espresso.
