Oldisleben Farming is a large arable farm in northern Thuringia, Germany. Around half of their 3700 hectares are farmed organically. In this film series, we follow the team — led by owner and Managing Director, Markus Hercher — over the course of the arable farming year. Part 2 is focused around grass and lucerne harvesting.
