Welcome to the 3rd class of Intermediate Yoga Module C! ⭐️ This is our Standing Pose, Light Core, Forward Bends, Twists & Inversion Session. In this class we approach our Forward Bends with specific active engagement (entering each pose 3x) to ensure that we they don’t overly pacify us. In fact we’ll see how Forward Bends can be truly dynamic so be prepared to give it your all! If you have any questions feel free to connect with me here. I will always answer. Happy Practicing!!! Made with ❤️ X Cat. NOTE - During menstruation please avoid Twistings, Core Work and Inversions. This practice is part of the Yoga Training Course (links below) DIRECTIONS: There are 6 practices. Each class should be practiced 1X in sequential order: Class A then B, then C, D, E & F. When you reach F go back to the beginning and start again (A, B, C, D, E, F) for a minimum of 8 cycles over 2 months or more. As always I’ve included the Class Sequence
