Staggered Stance Hip Thrust Tutorial

Here’s a short tutorial showing how to perform staggered stance hip thrusts. Using a staggered stance allows you to focus on one leg at a time in a manner that’s much easier to perform than barbell single leg hip thrusts. In addition, the staggered stance helps prevent you from overarching your lower back, so you feel it less in the back and more in the glutes, where you want it. It’s also a way to get an amazing training effect for the glutes with lighter loads than you’d use for bilateral hip thrusts, making a great option for people who experience discomfort at the hips with heavy weights.
