In front of 70 thousand carnival-goers, over 130 fierce female percussionists pay tribute to the late Brazilian singer Gal Costa with new songs, special guests, & fabulous costumes, with Brazil’s federal government expecting a whopping 46 million people to join in on the world’s biggest carnival
