If you rent a car in Japan and doesn’t know how to speak Japanese and charge gas at the gas station. 1st, don’t press anything and just hold your smartphone or credit card over the white brinking scanning plate on the machine to charge gas!! The machine will automatically understand how you pay for the gas!! By cash, just insert cash in the machine, change will be back. 2nd, press Eng button and listen to the guidance. 3rd, just study Japanese!! Green gas triger is diesel, so don’t use it unless German diesel Engine. Red is reguler gas. Yellow is premium, F1, high octane gas.
