Texas Democrat Rep. Henry Cuellar to be indicted by Justice Department

The Justice Department is expected to announce later Friday that Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Texas) has been indicted on unknown charges. Cuellar, a pro-life moderate who has been critical of President Biden’s handling of the border crisis, issued a statement shortly after NBC News reported that an indictment would be made public.
