Trump-Harris Debate: VP “ready“ to debate Trump | LiveNOW from FOX

Vice President Kamala Harris told reporters that she’s “ready to debate Donald Trump,” after landing at Joint Base Andrews following a trip to Indiana and Texas. She even accused him of “backpedaling” away from a previous agreement for a debate hosted by ABC News on Sept. 10. In addition to the September 10th date, FOX News Media has sent a proposal to the Trump and Harris campaigns for a debate one week later, on Sept. 17 in Pennsylvania. Trump debated President Biden last month on CNN, promoting calls for Biden to step aside after his frail, halting performance. After weeks of pressure from Democrats, Biden officially dropped out of the 2024 presidential race and endorsed Harris for president. Trump has said he’s open to debating Harris more than once as the two face off in the 2024 presidential election. LiveNOW’s Andy Mac spoke about a potential Trump, Harris debate with FOX 5 NY reporter Sharon Crowley. Subscribe to LiveNOW from FOX!
