Corrupt Di2 Component Firmware and Restore it using SM-PCE02

Di2 Component Firmware can be updating using the charger - SM-BCR2. However, this doesn’t always work. There is a slim chance the firmware installation fails, your computer crashes or something else goes wrong. If this is the case the component firmware will have to be restored using an SM-PCE1 or the newer SM-PCE02 diagnostics tools. These tools do diagnostics and recovery only - they will not charge the battery. Consumers usually do not have any use for them and they are usually found at bike stores. In this video I “break“ a component (Front Derailleur) on purpose, by unplugging it right after starting the firmware update process. E-Tube then thinks it completes the firmware installation, but after a reconnect the Front Derailleur disappeared. I then disconnect the SM-BCR2 and connected the SM-PCE02 to restore the derailleur’s firmware.
