Original Video from Wakibozu: Anime: You’re under arrest OVA/Taiho Shichau zo (1994) Saw this video many times, but finally decided to see how it looks in a higher definition, went to find the highest quality versions of the original anime (You’re under arrest OVA/Taiho Shichau zo (1994) ), the original video used clips from the First and Second episodes from S00 VOL1, I took these episodes, upscaled it using Topaz Enhance AI (some flickering in the start of the video, thanks) and then found every single cut and scene Wakibozu used in his original video, but not um 960p, then I applied a little sharpen effect and rendered the video to 1792x1344 to maintain the aspect ratio and try to get the 1080p quality button on youtube, besides the flickering in the start, I think topaz did a great job and the job was worth it, hope the original poster likes it as much as I liked. My channel cannot be monetized, and the ad revenue is already going straight to Expanded Music Srl, so please just don’t take the video down
