The Workout
3 sets:
Squats 15x
Drop set squats 15x
Superset banded jump squats 20x
3 sets:
Sumo deadlift 15x
Superset Banded crab walks 20x each way
3 sets:
Cable kickbacks 15x wa
Superset w/ banded kick backs 15x ea
Finishing with a stretching routine, I usually take 5-10 min after each workout to focus on stretching and foam rolling👌🏼
