“-ed“ Word Ending ⚠️EXCEPTIONS!⚠️

Do you know any more exceptions like the ones in this video? 🤔 Write them in the comments! ✍️ Here are a few more: Ragged /ˈræɡ.ɪd/: a ragged shirt (torn and old clothing). Rugged /ˈrʌɡ.ɪd/: a rugged hiking route (rocky and uneven). Wretched /ˈretʃ.ɪd/: a wretched upbringing (very unpleasant). Jagged /ˈdʒæɡ.ɪd/: a jagged knife (rough with sharp points). Legged /’leɡ.ɪd/: a 3-legged dog (having the number of legs mentioned before it). Aged /ˈeɪ.dʒɪd/: an aged woman (very old). Can you think of any more? 🤔 There are not many words which break the -ed pronunciation! 😁🙌 ⚠️ Please bear in mind that the WORD FORMS can change the pronunciation, as I mentioned with the example “blessed“ in the video. Also, some accents can change how some of these are pronounced, so some people MAY say these with the “regular rules“ pronunciation, though it is not as common.
