439BHP 2977CC AIR-COOLED KARMANN GHIA SWITCHES THE NOS ON

The MEXXSPEED RACING Karmann Ghia built and driven by Martin Friedschroeder, was at the RoDrag Racing event in Romania. I have filmed Martin in the past running low 9’s, and after several 9.1 and 9.0 passes, Martin activated his NOS, for one last run. Albeit he did not activate the NOS until 3rd gear (check out the On-Board footage), but still broke into the 8’s with a run of at 246 kph (153mph). Closing back in on his PB of . I will be filming the Karmann Ghia in Las Vegas in December, and on a fully prepped track, will we see a new PB set. As always, stay tuned.
